Reassurance in the everyday.
A kettle boils. Toast is toasting. A light comes on. Small signs of daily life that help you feel connected to someone you love, without intrusive cameras, microphones, wearables or sensors. Hi iH shares useful updates with the loved ones who care and prompts a check-in when expected routines change. Everything is set up in an evening, with nothing more than a smart plug and the home’s Wi‑Fi.
Hi iH learns when the usual things happen in each home and only sends a soft check-in prompt when the routine drifts. If every plug goes quiet at once, it suggests a power or internet outage rather than a missed routine, so the circle can check in accordingly. Outage detection works best with more than one device.
Subtle
Ordinary routines, without cameras, microphones, wearables or sensors. Privacy is paramount.
Meaningful
Hi iH learns when everyday routines usually happen and sends a gentle prompt only when they drift.
Reassuring
Connection that respects independence, dignity and personal choice. A likely power cut is named as such, not mistaken for a missed routine.
Join the list. Help us test it.
Leave your email and we will tell you the moment Hi iH opens, what it costs and which smart plugs we recommend. Nothing else, and you can leave the list with one click.
We are looking for a small number of families to try Hi iH before launch. In return for your feedback:
- Free for the whole test period. Honest small print: it may wobble now and then, like a toddler learning to walk, and we'll be right there to catch it
- You buy the smart plug yourself (about €18 / £16 / $20 each); we tell you exactly which one for Europe, the UK or the USA
- The home needs Wi‑Fi with a working internet connection
- The person being supported must be happy to take part
Thank you.
One more step: we've sent you an email with a confirmation link.
If the email hasn't arrived within a few minutes, check your spam folder. The link is valid for 48 hours; without it we don't keep your details.
